Installation

	After recommendations from the Technical Department, GANTRY can supply a complete turn-key installation of the rail track on concrete or metallic support, in continuous or discontinuous mounting, on the ground or at height. The customer's project successively passes through all steps, from diagnosis and design, to final commissioning of the track. All stages can be carried out by our specialised personnel.

Supervision

For more complex or remote projects, we can also propose, along with the installation :

• supervision conducted by one of our specialists, expert in track mounting;
• a method statement;
• the solution to problems linked with works;
• the mounting recommendations;
• our technical know-how regarding rail track components.
  

The training of local installation teams is also available :

• rail welding techniques;
• continuous or discontinuous mounting techniques and procedures;
• levelling and alignment techniques;
• grouting technique.
  

Repair

For existing, old or under-specified tracks, GANTRY proposes its diagnostic services in order to provide a reliable and economic repair solution. This work can be carried out by our teams to refurbish the track with the minimum break down time, due to a quick and efficient intervention.
